How do I change some details in my account profile?

In order to change any of your account details, you must first log in to “Sign in” and then once you have identified yourself, click on “Information” where you can see and change your account details. If you would like to change your preferred addresses, you will need to click on “Addresses” where you will see the addresses you have registered and you are able to change or delete the details by clicking on “Save/Update”.

Making a Purchase

I want to buy from SP Eco Distribution.

Purchasing at SP Eco Distribution is very easy and following these simple steps you with have your order placed in no time.

  1. Select the products you want to buy (remember you can use the search tool to find what you need quickly and easily), then add them to the Shopping Cart by clicking on the orange shopping bag icon.

  2. Once you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, head to the top right of the page and click on the Shopping Cart icon where you can see all the different items you have in your cart. Then click on “Proceed to checkout” where you will see what you need to fill out (your details, delivery options and payment methods).

  3. Once you have filled out all the details required in the “Personal Information” section, choose your preferred delivery method from the list provided.

  4. Then, choose your preferred payment method and double-check that all the information that your have entered is correct.

  5. Lastly, click on “I agree to the terms of service” to accept the conditions and then click on “Pay”.

  6. Once you are done and have finalised your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.

We would like to remind you that you also have the option to place your order over the telephone, if you would prefer. The process can be a little slower, as we cannot be sure at the time whether we have all the corresponding stock available for your order. Over the telephone, we can only accept payment via bank transfer or cash payable on delivery (within Spain only).

Can I cancel my order?

No problem at all. To request your order be cancelled, please send us an email to shop@specodistribution.com. In order to cancel your order we will need your order reference number, the total sum your order comes to, the full name on the order and, the most important detail, the email address you used to place the order. Please note that only orders that have not been shipped can be canceled. If your order has been sent, it is no longer a cancellation but instead a return.

I can’t seem to place my order from this computer, why could that be?

If for some reason you are not able to finalise your purchase, please try the following:

• Try a different navigator (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox…)

• Try placing the order from a different internet connection. Some networks limit access to certain pages with shopping options.

¿How can I view my invoices?

To view, download and/or print your invoices you have 2 options:

  1. A copy of your invoice is attached to your confirmation email..
  2. It is also available in your account. To find it, go to the “My account” button, and once you have logged in, click on “Order history and details ” where you can see all the orders you have placed with SP Eco Distribution.

Search for the corresponding order using the reference number or any other corresponding information, such as the date or the purchase amount and you will see the option to download as a pdf in the “Invoice” column.

¿What is your minimum order requirement??

We do not have a minimum order requirement, buy what you want, when you want it.

How do you wrap and pack the orders?

We send everything in bulk, plastic-free and in reused/reusable boxes.

My order has arrived and I have noticed that an item is broken: What should I do?

Don’t worry, if this happens we recommend that you send us a photo of the box to shop@specodistribution.com along with the order reference number and what exactly is wrong with the product concerned. In the same email, please let us know if you would prefer a refund (always given via the same payment method as you opted for originally) or if you would prefer us to send you a replacement item free of charge. Once everything has been arranged, we will get in contact to let you know exactly how the process works.

The products I ordered have arrived, but I have realised that one of them is not exactly what I need. How can I return my order?

If you really want to return the product you bought, you have 30 days from the day your order was delivered to return any or all of the items purchased. If this is the case, you can send the products to the following address, clearly indicating which order the parcel corresponds to (with your full name and the corresponding order number):

Once we have checked the products have arrived back at our warehouse in the same condition as when they were sent, we will refund the purchase price of the products via the same payment method that you used to make the purchase (delivery charges excluded) .

¿What should I do if I have received the wrong item??

To ensure we can offer you the best solution we would recommend you send us a quick email at shop@specodistribution.com or give us a call on +34 944 07 63 88 (Mon – Thurs 10:00am- 5:00pm, and Fri 10:00am- 3:00pm). You will need to let us know what product you received by mistake and what you had actually ordered. Once we have look into it, we will send you the correct product as soon as possible. The courier service that delivers the replacement product will also collect the product that was sent by mistake (we recommend using the same box/parcel that was used in the first place).).

I am looking for a particular product, but I can’t find it. Don’t you have it any more?

If a product that you were looking at a few days ago is now not there, it may mean that we have sold out and that we are waiting for more stock from our supplier. ¿What is the minimum total order required for which the delivery costs are free?

For Mainland Spain: from €190.- TAX included.

For the Balearic Islands: from €350.- TAX included.

For France, Germany, Holland, Belgium & Luxembourg: from €1.000.- TAX excluded.

¿Where is my order? When will it arrive?

To find out the current status of your order, you can go to “Your Account” and once you have logged in, click on “Order history and details” where you will find all the orders you have placed with SP Eco Distribution. Look for the order you are interested in using the reference number or any other piece of information, such as the date the order was placed or the total amount and in the “Status” column you can see the current status of your order. You can also follow and track your order using the information we send you in the confirmation email.

I don’t remember my order reference number. What can I do?

To find out your order number you need to look in the “My account” section, once you have logged in, click on the “Order history and details” tab and here you will find all your full order history at SP Eco Distribution. Look for the order you are interested in using another reference, such as the date of the order or the total amount, and you can easily locate the corresponding order reference number.

¿Do you deliver to the Canary Islands?

Yes, of course we do! Here at SP Eco Distribution we want to make it easy for everyone to place an order, no matter where in Spain they are located. Therefore, we happily send our products to the Canary Islands with a delivery charges that are automatically calculated once finalising your order. You can find all the details in the “Delivery policy and fees” section of our online shop.

¿I would like to know if you deliver to the UK. What are the delivery charges?

Yes, we certainly do. We send orders to the UK and other parts of Europe (Portugal, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland). All the information you need can be found in the “Delivery policy and fees” section of our website.

“Proceed to checkout” the shopping cart will open. In the “Shipping method” section you can choose “Collect from SP Eco Distribution Warehouse”. When your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification email to let you know that you can now head round to the warehouse to pick-up your order. We also send you the opening hours for collections.
